Dr. Neelam Rani the Principal of the College is M.A., M.Ed., M.Phil, Ph.D. She has been the Gold Medalist of M.D. University, Rohtak. She has 25 years of experience in teaching and more than 10 years of experience in college organisation and administration. She joined this College as its Founder Principal in 2006. Since then she has led the staff and students from the front. Unquestionably she has proved to be a good teacher and good administrator. Under her leadership the College has experienced excellent results both in academics and cultural activities. In short she has proved to be a good Principal.

Gold Field College of Education, Village Chhainsa, Teh. Ballabgarh Faridabad was established under the aegis of Gold Field Shiksha Sanstha in 2006, with the primary aim to provide value based job-oriented quality education for the rural population. It is an unaided, co-educational, teacher Education College. For reaching the college the means of transport are Haryana and Private Roadways Buses, Auto rickshaws and tempos. However, the college also provides bus service to its students. The college has recognition to run 200 seats in B. Ed and 50 seats in M. Ed. regular courses.
The college is affiliated to Maharishi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak and is functioning on an independent Campus spread over one acre of land, which belongs to Gold Field Shiksha Sanstha. The college physical infrastructure consists of Classrooms, Science laboratories, Computer Room, Psychology laboratory, E.T. Laboratory, Home Science Laboratory, Library, Vehicle Parking Lot, and facilities for indoor and outdoor games.
